TenderCare Assisted Living and Memory Care, located in the heart of Oakland Township, MI provides highly individualized care for up to 6 seniors (55 plus) in a residential / home style setting. We are looking for team members that are passionate, reliable, caring and enthusiastic about providing care to our residents.

Caregivers

We have Full and Part time openings during days, nights and weekends
We will have 2 caregivers for maximum 6 residents during dayshifts
Hourly pay ($13-16) is based on education and experience
Reliable transportation is required
Negative TB test required
Background check and finger printing is required
We will train motivated and reliable individuals

Job Responsibilities:

Assisting with care needs: dressing, grooming, bathing, incontinence care, etc.
Assisting with light meal preparation
Maintaining the cleanliness of the environment which includes light housekeeping
Complete all required documents and charting
Assess for change in condition and communicate immediately to supervisor
Assisting other team members with their duties
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

Able to lift 50 pounds, with no medical restrictions.
A positive attitude and the capacity to work as a team
Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Commitment to arrive on time for every shift
